The staff was very nice and lovely but the person who took care of me was not skilled. It took them more than 1 hour to "cut" my hair and by that I mean trim. I told them not to be afraid of cutting and that I wanted it short. Their hands were shaking and the material fell several times. The cut I got was okay but not what I came for and I'll need to go to a venue again next month. My review highlights my personal experience but I really want to say that the staff that I got to meet was very nice and polite and I regret that the core of the experience was problematic.
