My name is Themis Bower. I am a Level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist, who has extensive experience within a clinical setting. I attended Cardiff Metropolitan University for my undergraduate and obtained BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage. I am a very passionate distance runner that loves to compete and race for PB’s. It brings me great pleasure to provide a massage service that can help keep others injury free so that they can continue to do the activities they love.
