Treated myself to a hydro facial and I can honestly say it was the best thing ever. I had an incredible experience from start to finish. Marika thoroughly explained each step and made me feel at ease. Marika helped to target my concerns with my skin and customised the products used to my skin to really help me with my issues regarding my skin. She was amazing, professional and easy to talk to and I would 100% recommend. Will whole heartedly be going back for another facial and other treatments.

I can’t really comment on the atmosphere, cleanliness or overall treatment as I haven’t visited. I arranged an appointment with Magdalena as I wanted to find out more about the treatment and the therapist’s qualifications. She rang 20 minutes late without an explanation or apology. She told me immediately I wasn’t suitable despite advertising for the exact same thing I was enquiring about. Poor customer service and lack of depth regarding the discussion.
