Saher was lovely. I pointed out that her services on Treatwell don’t reflect those offered in full, for instance wash and blow dry not listed and therefore i booked a wet cut and had to pay a surcharge on completion. No problem but would help to have up to date

Always a great experience. I only ever trust Saher to cut my hair now after I’ve had so many bad experience with previous hairdressers. Saher is very experienced and knowledgeable, I trust her advice. It’s worth the travel!

Unfortunately once I arrived at the appointment and laid down on the bed five minutes later she informed me she did not have the tools to complete the facial therefore I had to leave. I luckily got my eyebrows done whilst I was there however was charged for this once I left I’m currently waiting for a refund. Disappointing as had to take time out of my day to travel there. She then rescheduled my appointment but since cancelled as she does not have the tools Sad and I do not recommend.
