It was a slightly disappointing experience. The reviews look great overall but I didn’t feel a warm welcome on arrival. It felt very robotic and condescending checking in. The facial itself was below average. The therapist was friendly but when I came into the room she didn’t say anything (where to put my things or how she’d like me to position myself, or ask what my skin concerns were). The use of the hydra facial machine wasn’t as good as I’ve had before.
