Acne Treatments
My first experience with them was good so I went for the second one. The first time I did it with a great lady, who told me from the beginning I have sensitive skin and she would use the lowest intensity setting- so I did get a quick consultation and everything was great, my skin was very smooth. The second time They booked me in for Bonnie. I received no consultation about my skin type so I thought they knew from my last visit that I have sensitive skin. I could tell when she did my forehead that it was too strong but she did it too quickly so I couldn’t react, just feel very uncomfortable around my forehead and cheeks- I asked her what intensity you used on me- she said ”medium because you have very sensitive skin” !???? Medium ? That’s way too intense for my skin. She ended up leaving 3 scratches on my forehead and my skin is now flaky . It has been 5 days and the scratches haven’t gone away and on top of the scratches, I can see tiny red rashes ! It should be a deep exfoliation, not leaving your face irritated for days....the ladies at the reception are very nice and understanding - but I feel horrible about the whole experience!
