Even though Treatwell allows you to choose a therapist, you are just given whomever they have on the day available. In my case, Bonnie, who looked a bit dishevelled in appearance so not sure if she was having a bad day. I found her a bit rough and abrupt with the treatment. Did no skin analysis as I didn't even look at my skin to see what the right level would be for me. No information was given about aftercare, in fact directly after the treatment she showed me straight to the exit. It felt very much perfunctory and I don't know if it's because I came through Treatwell and therefore cheaper than direct,but it felt like she could not be bothered but no discussion of further treatments or products to use. Overall it felt like an expensive blackhead removal but rougher. I won't be going back even though I am more interested in other deeper facial rejuvenation treatments.

Good value. I’ve had this procedure here twice now with different aestheticians and it was fantastic the first time but mediocre the second time, my face was still dry and covered with dead skin the next day. I’d try it again though.

Following a consultation I opted to get a peeling to improve my skin. It’s already looking much better after the first treatment and I’m excited to go back. Bonnie was sweet and effectively answered all my questions. I was able to buy some professional skin care products at the clinic as well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my first visit and even booked an appointment for lip fillers after seeing the results on my aesthetician.
