Used Nouvelles before via Treatwell but this time I forgot my phone with the cost in the email which I had booked weeks before i explained I wasn't sure of the amount and was charged £28 but when I found my phone later that day I realised it should have been £25. I appreciate this was my mistake but I emailed the same day and again since and have phoned not even the courtesy of a reply very disappointing !!!
