I booked in for a 3/4 balayage and had a patch test and a consultation. During the consultation we discussed the images of what I wanted (multi tonal balayage warm shades), Claire was clear to stress that as my dark hair would not lift to the lightest in the image. The final result had one tone only, but I agreed with Claire that I would give it a week. I have since revisited/had corrected but was disappointed to be asked pay more for what I requested originally. Olaplex made no difference
