She was absolutely amazing. I had avoided the hair dressers for sometime due to going through menopause. My confidence has been rock bottom due to the change with my hair and I felt previously judge at other hairdressers and noticed the lack of knowledge.
Lauren is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed. She offered brilliant advice, did an amazing job on my hair and I am definitely returning. She made me feel very at ease and was very pleasant.

Came a little early to the appt but Lauren was absolutely lovely about it. We had a good heart to heart as she did her thing - therapy over therapy 😂 Genuinely so pleased with the level of care she gave me and made me feel really comfortable ❤️
