I've been seen by Lauren for a couple of years and her general treatment of me, a lady with dementia, is exceptional. She tells me what she's going to do and she's very patient.
My husband has to stay with me and he is treated with respect, not just by Lauren but by other staff members.
Lauren takes photos when she's finished so I can see exactly what she's done.
