Didn't get gel nails, not sure why, won't be back. Not the best atmosphere. Therapist wasn't even sure I was supposed to be there.

Staff was really friendly! She always tried to make the wax as least painful for me as possible! She kept asking me if everything was ok and when she was done, if i was happy otherwise she would go in for the smaller hairs which was nice of her.

Felt very lavish walking into the Royal York Hotel to get my nails done :) Staff was lovely and this place is great for a quick in-and-out treatment, and conveniently located right next to the train station

Unfortunately I had an unhappy experience here after many times and so would not recommend to any one else at all
