My son has emotional, behavioural and sensory processing issues… when he initially sat in the chair he was anxious and scared and said he’d changed his mind and wanted his hair to stay long. Caroline was great with him while cutting his hair and his words as we left were… ‘that was awesome actually!’ 😁 And he absolutely loves his new shorter style. Thanks so much Caroline. He’ll be back to see you again xxx
