I felt really welcome even though we were "walk-ins". Caroline took great care of us. She had lots of toys and distractions for my >1 daughter's first haircut and didn't blink at my request to feed her when we were done. Plus her haircut is super sweet and Caroline made sure I was aware that if the back needed a little more off to make it even then to pop back in. Happy all round.
