I was pleasantly surprised by this little Gem tucked away in the heart of Portobello Road . I was most dissatisfied with the Trotters hair cutting experience which was impersonal and much like an assembly line. Also always hard to get an appointment. So last weekend I went with my 4 year old and was greeted by a lovely hair stylist Florentina! My son loved the toy car and toys train shaped chairs along with cartoon which was being played on the screen in front . He also got free chocolate chip cookies and a lollipop in the end! He loved it. Florentina was most attentive, warm and professional . It was clean , inviting and personal . We will be returning again !
