I wanted to love this salon as the setup is PERFECT for toddlers and the stylist was very patient and nice. Unfortunately I walked out £25 lighter and with a son who now has the haircut of a middle aged suburban mom. His hair was lovely so I wanted the same hairstyle, just trimmed. Somehow the trim turned into short, choppy, uneven layers and a fringe that my son could have cut himself. I guess he can wear a hat for the next 2 months while it grows out :(

La coupe de ma fille semblait un peu longue au vu de la gérante, de se fait je sentais l’agacement de cette dernière et la pression exercée sur la coiffeuse c’est assez désagréable surtout quand on a une réservation de rendez-vous en ligne
certes j’étais en avance mais on m’a quand même dit qu’il était possible de me prendre en avance
Dommage je ne reviendrai pas
