When we went to the appointment, and the staffs was very friendly and kind to us. Caroline is a very experienced Children's haircut. My son enjoyed his haircut there!

Booked appointment in advance, running late by 20 minutes as only one stylist available. Booked a simple haircut for £20 via treat well but was charged £25 as apparently taking a few inches off my Daughters hair was a detailed cut that lasted all of 10 mins?!! We even asked for her not to cut the fringe! So yes we eventually got a haircut but wete delayed families coming in for appointments and leaving and she and was charged more than we should have! Chances of going back are slim.
