Had a terrible and pointless lash lift. Chemicals were poured into my eye and started burning. Instead of immediately cleaning carefully - remember your eyes are taped shut during a lift - beautician handed me 2 wet cotton pads and left me to attend to myself. Needless to say that the process was interrupted by the water and my lashes remained entirely flat so a TOTAL waste of time and money. Tried to call several times the next day for a refund but no one picked up. AVOID.

Efficient and good value for the service, but the ambience somewhat ruined by a screaming child having his hair cut (not that this was the fault of the staff!)
