The haircut was good, but the hairdresser didn’t wear a mask. He also wasn’t child-friendly or tolerant towards my child. I felt it in his voice and what he said to her. He could definitely be more soothing and kind. My child was stressed and he didn’t do anything to soothe her. More importantly, the hair cutting bib had another child’s hair all over! They don’t wash them, but they didn’t even shake them! Also charged £3 more than confirmed. Won’t go again!

We booked to have our sons first haircut. Staff very friendly and professional. Only improvement required was more attention was needed to his haircut so that it looked more finished. E.g both sides were uneven
