None of the Covid rules are currently being followed in this establishment. I was requested to take my mask off "for a better cut", whilst nor the barber or the hairdresser were wearing any PPE. I was asked to give some guidance on how I wanted my hair to be cut, which got then promptly ignored for the most part. My hair was washed with at least three different products without consulting me on any of them( or taking into account my hair type). Terrible experience, it completely ruined my hair.
