This time my experience wasn't good. I booked Classic Pedicure and Manicure services, but they were very quick. I don't wear nail polish, however, the services lasted 30 min. in total instead of 1h 30 m. They asked me to pay £45 instead of £50 telling me that they would give me a discount of £5. Once away, I checked online and the total cost of Classic Pedicure and Manicure is £47. Bad surprise and behaviour towards a customer. :(
