I was very surprised when my hairdresser looked terrified to cut my short hair and asked a colleague to cut my hair instead.
It didn not make me comfortable.
The final haircut was good, however, I had ro carry on asking to adjust it. Never had an hairdresser cutting my hair after drying them.

The colour turned out good, as did the cut but if you are looking for good ambience with warm, friendly people I wouldn't recommend.
