I absolutely love my nails! the shape, paint job and finish is the best I've ever had.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was down to my experience. Unfortunately my nail technician spoke very little English. He spent a time talking to the other nail technician in Polish (which I don't understand) and I sat in silence. I trued asking him one or two questions but he said he didn't understand so it was a little awkward to sit in silence for an hour.
However, the Gel Manicure was brilliant. I would only go back if I was going with a friend who I could talk to.

Very happy with the service and attention to detail given while I had a shellac manicure and normal pedicure done at the salon,I would visit again.

Not quite the luxury manicure I was hoping for. I think I got the classic manicure without my beautician realising I’d booked the luxury.

Manicure was done poorly, dry, very little dead skin was removed. Shellac was applied by a different beautician who wasn't a nail technician. Very uneven, it cracked in a couple of days. My 2nd time there, I love the interior and atmosphere of the place, but please do something with the service you provide!!!
