I have done an infill today and my nails look horrible.
Not only the lady used a horrible colour to do my french manicure but also she only applied one layer, plus I can see my real nail because she didn't apply the gel properly, so they look ugly and also looks like I’ve being already one week with these
While the lady was doing my nails she was speaking in another language (that is so rude) with other guy and more than once she was looking around while working.
I think is not professional to don't focus.
Regarding the pedicure, I have a wound because again she wasn't focusing.
I came here from Camden,so it has been 1 hour of travel for nothing! I only got that I have expended £60 and I feel like I have throwed them by the window, cause tomorrow I will have to go again to another place to fix the disaster that the lady has done.

I had an all over colour Monica the hairdresser was brilliant, advised me the best colour for me, I was absolutely delighted with the colour, One of the best hairdressers I have been to, will one hundred percent will go there from now on x

very nice center and also the therapist has been nice to me. unfortunately when I arrived she let me into the room that was not ready, with a towel dirty of wax on the bed. when I came back home I could see that some areas weren't really made (some parts had very short hairs but the omitted areas had hairs of an ideal length for wax). I am also a therapist so I knew we could do better
