I've been booking regular shellac manicures at this salon for months now. Perhaps naively I'd expected that removing the previous shellac was included, I'd never been asked to pay extra. Today I was asked to pay because I'd not included it in my treatwell booking. If I'd paid on treatwell it would have been £8 but I was charged £5. Just seems strange. They suggested booking direct but didn't provide a treatment/price list. That said, happy with my manucure as usual. However the polish on my toes didn't last even just a week
