Good haircut. Monika is good at cutting hair and is very efficient. I felt the service wasn't that warm though - I wasn't offered a drink, and stylist didn't talk once we'd talked about style. I wouldn't normally have minded, but it was my birthday, and I would have liked a bit more pampering
