I felt uncomfortable when the therapist did not leave the room for me to get changed. She did not let the wax dry and removed it when it was still wet, so it did not come off completely and was very painful. She did not clean the area properly afterwards and I had to ask to do it myself to remove the wax residue. I like your salon very much (my husband has his hair cut there) but unfortunately I won’t return with this therapist.
