I did not have my appointment with Riya so this review is no reflection of her. My issue is with the management of the salon. My appointment got cancelled because the therapist called in sick on the day, there was no one else to take her place. Instead of calling me ahead of time the salon informed me of this after I went in for my appointment. It was an afternoon appointment so there was plenty of time to give me a quick phone call in the morning to let me know.
