My birthday ‘treat’ was soured by my experience at this salon due to the unprofessionalism and the conscious bias. They ignored my appointment time and proceeded to do another customers eyebrows in front of me with no apologies or eye contact. My facial was 56 minutes instead of the 1 hour 15 booked. Worst facial I’ve ever had, no analysis, no extraction and the lady slathered my face with cream that I questioned as I have really oily skin. I paid £50 for someone to just wash my face. Terrible.

This salon is super friendly and very professional. I have been here for various services from hair, mani/pedi, threading and waxing. everyone who works here deserves a good regard but this review today is for Darshana whom i had for waxing . Being heavily pregnant i was so anxious( covid scare )and worried (pain) but Darshana has been so considerate and sensitive , readily made me feel at ease. She is so good at her job that it felt like a breeze. would definitely recommend her and this salon i

I arrived 5 minutes late because of an emergency with my baby that happened while I was getting coffee and waiting for my appointment. When I arrived they nail stylists were blatantly annoyed, which is fine. During the manicure the girl didn’t push back my cuticles or check/clean under the nails. The guy that did my nails chopped off the entire inner side of my nails along with any skin that was there. A month later I am now dealing with excruciating infections on both of my big toes.
