I did not have the best experience. The therapist constantly kept using tweezers during my appointment when I stated I am fine. I have been charged an extra £9 fee which I will chase up. She claimed the underarms waxing was an extra fee. The Treatwell app confirms my arm and underarm booking. Appalling customer service.

Sadly my eyebrows are really delicate today. I have several cuts and there are still stray hairs.
