Hair cut dried including length, no apparent layers even though requested. Result blocky and uneven, had to go somewhere else to get more movement + even it out. They used some product that made my hair very stiff, I think it was vaseline but I’m unsure. No styling (stylist may disagree). Also she kept complaining about how thick my hair is. I was late and the service was rushed. I would have preferred being asked to come back another day. They offered a free appointment to fix it.
