Ledia is brilliant. She’s done my brow lamination twice now and I’ve been so impressed. It’s a lovely experience and the results perfect.

Had great T section highlights & haircut with Alex and she was nice and friendly. BUT was asked to pay extra £30 at the end for toner. Highlights had been pre-paid so meant I had to go and get cash and come back. Better if this is included in the price at the beginning. Also, mask wearing in the salon seems to be a bit random - some staff do and some don't. Strange in the middle of a pandemic.

As soon as I entered this place there was a bad vibe. Lots of employees hanging around talking and I was left to wait for about 15mins before I was seen. This guy then comes up and says ‘follow me’ with not even an ‘hello’. He washed my hair and Maria cut it and gave me a blow dry. Maria was lovely and very thorough. However, she never asked me how I wanted my hair styled...her ‘go to’ was to blow dry it straight which I don’t usually like. I don’t think I’ll go back there. Quite disappointing.
