The staff were friendly and helpful. However the appointment before was running behind so I started in a low back chair which causes neck pain before being moved. The eyebrow waxing was also threading - isn’t an issue just needs to be advertised

Booked in for acrylic removal, new set and nail art. The man that did my nails, just decided to infill them without asking. At first agreed to the design I wanted but then changed his mind. Charged me £10 extra for the nail art
