Late and no acknowledgement, tools not disinfected and not clean, booked a luxury pedicure but received a regular pedicure (the person at reception realised and refunded the difference), colour was applied without checking it was the right one and overall gel application not even or neat.
First time here and unfortunately would not recommend.
