Looking at my hair next day and it looks completely uneven in places. I only asked for a simple trim and felt like the process was rushed. Barely any consultation was given and just felt rushed by Violetta. The lady washing my hair was shouting over my head at someone else in another language and I honestly felt like I was taking up their time waiting for something else? I only chose this place as it had good reviews and was a lot cheaper but in future I will pay more
