Very basic manicure, 30 minutes, finger cut during cuticle removal, cheap/poor quality varnish used and just one coat. Nail polish dryer was very cheap piece of equipment where i was left for 'up to ten minutes' i got up and left as staff appeared to be having their nails done with lots of chatter & laughter, not a very relaxing experience.
I did not raise my concerns as I left but am happy upon reflection to share my thoughts here. Thank you

I think the lady who did my nails was new and really tried her best but shellac paint was left on my skin and found it difficult to take off as it was already dry.
