Came back after they nailed my colour in February, not a red tone in sight. They promised it’d be saved on the system. It wasn’t. Had to ring the previous stylist just to find out the shade. Walked out thinking it was fine, got home and my roots were visibly red. Came back in, asked what colour they were using, got ignored. They also got dye on my limited edition Skims jumper because they forgot to put a cape on me. Hairspray and a shrug was their solution. Still red. Won’t be coming back.
