Sadly not the best experience. I normally book with Maria who is amazing, she wasn’t available so I used a different stylist. The stylist kept tugging the bleach very hard with a brush and when I winced she told me it was essential. I’ve had highlights many times and never had it bleach brushed through so hard. I could hear and feel strands snapping off. My hair is really damaged and brittle and my scalp was in pain the next day.
