I made a last-minute booking and was thrilled when Olivia accepted me. She was incredibly kind and professional throughout the appointment. She efficiently removed my gel nail polish, leaving my nails healthy with no breaks and a smooth surface.10/10

Oh my gosh I feel like I’ve found paradise!
I messaged Olivia two hours before the appointment to say I’ll come between meetings and when we ran over (was having a great time) she shifted to allow me to join my meeting mid appointment (it got cancelled thankfully)
Now to my NAILS! Gorgeous, I love them and I can’t stop showing people! No drill — all hand filed and its builder 🤝

Olivia is amazing :) I cannot recommend her enough. She has a lovely and cozy flat, I was very comfortable there. She gave great advice on my nails and the manicure was just perfect, I loved chatting with her and can’t stop admiring my nails now. I can’t wait to go back and see her again!

Olivia absolutely knew her stuff especially great on listening to what i wanted and advised me on a shape that suited my nail shape which im glad i listened too. Artiistic skills second to none, her table was immaculate, and Olivia had great banter too. Can’t wait to rebook in with her x
