The practice was lovely with friendly staff, onsite parking. Joanne was brilliant, really put us at ease, very knowledgable and the appointment has had lots of great effects such as the fluid in the ear draining (this was the main reason for the appointment) feeling calm and not anxious, sleeping better and generally happier.
