I was extremely disappointed by the ‘bedside’ manner of the lady treating me. She barely even looked at me while I went in and answered her questions. She was clearly trying to make conversation by asking the typical personal questions but it felt so disingenuous and almost scripted. I was booked in at 2pm for a full hour, went in at 14:10 left and paid at 14:50 so less than 40 mins treatment. Not happy at all
