Having not been to a salon for many years, I really appreciated the 1:1 experience. I avoided noisy salons in the past as I felt I was just on a conveyor belt and enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. Katie was very welcoming to a newcomer and listened to what I wanted. The cut and finish was perfect. 🤩
