I cannot write a review that would be good enough! My mum and I have tried several salons over the last few years, some we returned to several times. Mum chose Norman and Philip as a gift for her birthday. We have NEVER had hair as STUNNING in all our lives! Both hairdressers were experienced, knowledgeable, took the time to ensure that our hair was dyed and layered properly, deep conditioned/treated and styled perfectly, explaining the process throughout. Needless to say, we WILL be returning!
