Always a friendly atmosphere which is welcoming. Staff are chatty and have a good sense of humour. I never have to wait more than few minutes when I arrive for my appointment. Always offered a drink, which is great if I have a long appointment. If I discuss a new style Louise is realistic about whether it would suit my hair type or not.

The stylist is very friendly and reassuring about cutting my hair as it is curly and have had bad experiences with other salons in the past. The place is very welcoming and always get offered a drink.

Always leave feeling pampered, lovely staff. Great atmosphere and service. Always have a good chat and laugh. Fantastic service very talented Natalie always make me feel like I'm in safe hands and I trust her judgement completely
