Visited for first time today. Wanted hair cutting to above the shoulder (collarbone) for a modern blunt lob. I specifically stated I didn’t want a layered look that would give me a “helmet” look.
Guess what I’ve walked away with.... a big bulbous helmet. Feel like I’ve time warped back to the 90’s - it’s a very Rachel cut 🤦🏻♀️ booked into a different hairdressers to time travel back to 2019.
