Everything was perfect, my appointment was on time, all the staff were very friendly. Kesey listened to me when I explained how I wanted my hair styled, and kept checking she was cutting it as I had asked for. She spent time blow drying my hair. Whilst chatting to me, making me feel very comfortable. I totally enjoyed the entire time I spent there

Another FANTASTIC visit to “Norman and Philip “ . Natalie my stylist is just wonderful she as achieved wonders with my hair and even my husband is commenting on the excellent cut and style . Just love my visits to the salon . Never fear going to the hairdresser 5 stars achieved every visit .

I had my second laser hair removal treatment and thankfully redness and itch was only on my neck and just for 2 days, it's almost gone after using zinc oxide cream constantly. Also, Ineta is very pleasant and careful.
