Natalie was just lovely. I am not experienced in visiting the hairdressers much, as I pretty much don't go through a childhood fear. I knew my hair needed doing properly and Natalie took me through every step, she was reassuring, nice, chatty and gave me advice as to how I could have it cut. Walked out feeling brilliant with a great new doo 😊. Thanks
