The staff are very welcoming, friendly and easy to get on with. Vanessa is the stylist that I have always attended, I have found that she is extremely professional in her work. She takes the time to listen to her clients and goes to the highest levels to see the requests completed to 100%. I would advise anybody to use Norman and Philip as their hairdresser.
