Was a customer awhile back and it had been awhile since seeing her due to life with children. Will not be back due to lack of professionalism with last minute change to booking, while being reasonable with her throughout the process. Awaiting refund back from Treatwell and for issue to be resolved. Do not recommend and suggest elsewhere for those that like a thorough job done on eyelashes, and not wanting to go on a run-around due to business’ own error(s).
