When I arrived I explained that I had never had eyelash extensions before and was nervous about looking silly! Noori explained what she could do and that she would make sure they looked natural for me. Throughout the treatment, Noori explained what she was doing and why as well as chatting with me in a friendly way. When she felt that there were enough lashes to gain a natural look, she stopped applying - she clearly cared about what result I wanted! Aftercare explained well and I absolutely love my lashes. Payment was cash only but there is a cash point literally just outside so no issues here :)
